TASK 3: ANIMATED COMPOSITION

Instructions

  1. You will need to produce one composition with 6000 x 3000px in resolution, featuring one original subject matter of your own design, based on the theme given.
  2. You will also need to utilize the composition technique that has been taught, including background, middle-ground and foreground.
  3. You will need to animate your elements in Adobe After Effects to produce your looping animation, for about 8 – 10 seconds with 1920 x 1080px in resolution.
  4. Last but not least, you will need to incorporate your design into merchandise template for HONOR (template is provided)
  5. Please don't forget to give a name to your artwork

Self Reflection

To me this was a tricky task because I had to create a design that looked good on its own, on merchandise, and can be animated. I decided to use line art as I chose the theme "Renewal of Life" and I understood that it was about how humans and everything else is all connected in some way or the other. So, by illustrating my design using one consistent line, I feel it expresses the theme very well.
I don't think I would change anything about this design, but if I were to improve anything it would be the woman's hair. It could be more uniform and clean looking.
